A company of Marechal Electric in France, MELTRIC is a manufacturer of industrial plugs and receptacles serving the North American market of USA, Canada and Mexico. MELTRIC partnered with Starkmedia to replatform their website to Magento 2 to better manage and serve their extensive product catalog and the highly-technical resource documentation and content their customers need.
The replatform resulted in a robust product catalog and selector that empowers customers to search for the exact products they need based on detailed specifications and easily generate a quote request that packages that lead and sends to the correct sales representative based on product interest and region. In addition, detailed technical literature, video and resource content were brought forward to support existing customers and inform purchasing decisions of prospects. Other features include a WordPress integration for managing company news, YouTube embedded video integration, and an application solutions library to connect products to their industry usage.
