Starkmedia is pleased to announce our new partnership with Exsell Real Estate Experts. Exsell is a Milwaukee area-based realty group that aims to revolutionize the broker-client relationship through their unique, flat fee home listing model.
Exsell came to Starkmedia with a WordPress site that was coupled with Diverse Solutions – a third party tool for pulling in MLS (Market Listing Service) Listings. The brokers were having issues updating and maintaining the site from the back-end, and also felt that the front-end user experience was not effectively communicating their unique value proposition as a flat fee agency. Their goal was to build a relationship with a web firm that could help them create clear brand messaging, streamline their website workload, and create a best-in-class experience for their website users.
Starkmedia’s Content, Design, and Development teams have set out to create a site that educates and engages users from the front end and is easy to manage from the back end so the Exsell team can spend their time working with clients instead of maintaining their website. And, since brokers and house-hunters alike are always on the go, the new site will be built using responsive design to ensure a fully-optimized user experience across all devices.
“The new site will communicate – both through the design and the site copy – just what a unique service Exsell offers,” said Senior Designer Kristy Kleist. “Exsell has set out to make the broker-client relationship easy, and we want the website to be a reflection of that mission. The agency has a lot of useful tools for their clients and brokers, and we want those things to be immediately visible and intuitive to use.”
