Filtration Concepts, Inc. needed a customer portal that could keep up with how their business actually runs. Starkmedia built a custom portal on Drupal that gave FCI’s customers a cleaner, more capable self-service experience.

The portal gives FCI customers a central place to manage their filter and equipment needs. Customers can track equipment across multiple locationsschedule reorder notifications tied to maintenance cyclesplace quick orders, and submit service requestsall from one login. Account-specific pricing ensures each customer sees what is relevant to them.

On the backend, order processing connects to QuickBooks, keeping FCI’s internal workflow clean and reducing manual handling.
