Pentair wanted a stand-alone site to highlight the efficiencies of their Easy Pump product. The creation of a microsite provided an opportunity for Pentair to draw attention to unique features and voice the Easy Sump’s ease of installation. Another upside to a site devoted to one specific product is that it allowed Pentair to filter our visitors arriving to the site for other Pentair products, as well as generate strong qualified leads.
Solution
To showcase the Easy Sump’s ease of use we featured each installation step into the site navigation. Videos were used to support the steps provided in the navigation and can be seen throughout the website. To gather qualified leads we created a ‘Where to Buy’ section that returns the closest Easy Sump retailers. To generate a high percentage of qualified site traffic we targeted areas where the product would be most relevant and placed online ads in those areas. Our custom back office tool gathered leads from the website allowing the internal sales team to contact those qualified. With all components in place, in the end the product was showcased to an apt audience producing the right results.
