As EverWhite grew, their online presence remained stagnant lacking the appeal it needed to reflect the ever-growing company. Both to provide convenience and increase appeal, Starkmedia updated their e-commerce store to cater to their expanding customer base.
Solution
The process began by applying a fresh design that supports the product instead of distracting from it. To further guide the buying process the resource center was developed to include information on the product, maintenance, installation, shipping, and specific resources for architects. With the addition of new content, attention was focused on creating intuitive navigation to guide the user to their desired content. The final step was to create a shopping cart that would provide an easy and secure check out.
