Briggs and Stratton wanted to interact with their customers, build brand loyalty, and showcase their products—social media presented the perfect platform to do so.
Solution
We began by highlighting their Facebook page with a custom widget on the Briggs Racing website. To increase interest, we created a photo contest that not only attracted new fans, but also played a role in initiating interaction and helped to build brand loyalty. Another essential element was showcasing the products, so we created a custom products tab that provided Briggs Racing fans with direct access to product information. Although each aspect was created with a specific goal in mind, the page has also turned into a place for racing fans to connect, a customer service tool, and avenue to find brand ambassadors. All efforts have proven successful; with over 6,000 ‘friends’ Briggs met and exceeded their goals.
