Solution Starkmedia built a customer extranet that incorporated American Gypsum’s current branding efforts and collateral design. The site is password protected and allows customers to access order history, pricing data, volume reports and shipping schedules. An online survey tool gives American Gypsum the ability to glean important information for marketing and customer service research.
