Access 24 is Starkmedia’s 24-hour service outage support connection. Please note, Starkmedia montiors all services. Support is automatically alerted any time a service outage occurs and will begin working to correct the issue immediately. However, to insure Starkmedia is aware of your outage, you may fill out this form.
