“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.” -Ryunosuke Satoro
It takes the expertise of a team to build a great website. At Starkmedia, our team consists of marketing professionals, designers, and programmers who pride themselves on being highly skilled within their fields. Today, we celebrate the success of four expert members of our team: both designers and programmers.

Jennifer Elias serves as our creative director and has been with Starkmedia for over ten years. As creative director, she has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of using her design strategically to captivate a specific audience. Her work for Meriter – a health care system in South-Central Wisconsin, has won her a Gold E-Health Award and is a great testament to the high quality of her efforts. To find more details about this award-winning project, please read our case study, which highlights the objectives and outcomes of this redesign.

While the design was a large element of the success of Meriter’s website, to effectively create this site programming was essential. Norm Glomski and Steve Ollinger worked alongside Jennifer to ensure that the site’s front-end and back-end work together to create a website that was both aesthetically appealing and functional. Their combined work attributed to the EHealth Gold Award. To see a list of the winners visit strategichealthcare.com.

David Marten has been involved in the design and development of countless websites over the span of his nine years in the industry. From his vast experience working on websites in various industries, he understands the importance of structure and navigation paired with innovative design. While producing Glenroy.com, David’s intuitive navigation provided the visitor with ease of use while the clean design allowed them to easily capture the message of the website. Combining these elements earned him a 2010 Web2Award for his work on the site. Glenroy provides wide web printed and unprinted packaging film rollstock and pouches.
